Ville: To me the most important part of a roleplaying game is the story and the characters, so that’s where we’ve put most of our development time into. Both of us also enjoy reading good books (when possible), and playing story-heavy games, so it felt natural for the first game we did together to put an emphasis on the adventure, and the story. That means we had a lot of stories to tell. The game is now playable on more platforms and has new features. Still can't believe these game engine companies are shipping their engines in a scaling method used for 4:3 monitors from 20 years ago.Driftmoon Enchanted Edition is now available. At least I can still play the old build though, unlike most games using Unity or Unreal Engine 4 from the start. Major, major downgrade on my end due to my 21:9 monitor. I will give you a warning to back up your game installation, as depending on your (monitor) setup, you may not like the new version.Īnother dev who fell into the main pitfall of Unity: Vert- FoV scaling. It seems they completely changed the game engine to Unity, and are dubbing it the "enchanted edition". ![]()
